Introduction

The Cosmo AI dashboard is your central hub for managing customer conversations, AI knowledge, marketing campaigns, and business operations. This guide provides an overview of all available features. The dashboard includes the following main sections:

Quick Actions

Common tasks you can perform from the dashboard:
  • Respond to customers: Click any conversation in the Inbox to view and reply
  • Add knowledge: Navigate to AI > Knowledge to add new FAQs or documents
  • Launch campaigns: Go to Campaigns to create and send bulk messages
  • View analytics: Check Analytics for real-time performance metrics
  • Manage products: Update your catalog in the Products section (commerce only)
  • Handle tickets: Address support escalations in the Tickets section

Dashboard Layout

  • Account switcher: Switch between multiple merchant accounts if you have access
  • Notifications: View support tickets and system notifications
  • Theme toggle: Switch between light and dark mode
