Team Management

Adding Team Members

  1. Go to SettingsTeam
  2. Click + Add Team Member
  3. Enter email address
  4. Select role (Admin, Agent, Viewer)
  5. Send invitation

Team Roles

Notification Settings

Configure how you want to be notified:
  • Email notifications: New tickets, escalations, campaign results
  • Push notifications: Real-time alerts for urgent issues
  • Notification schedule: Set quiet hours (e.g., 9pm-7am)
  • Escalation alerts: Instant notification when live agent needed
Make sure escalation notifications are enabled—fast response times are critical for customer satisfaction.

Business Information

Update company details used by Cosmo:
  • Business name and description
  • Logo and branding colors
  • Contact information
  • Business hours
  • Time zone and language
  • Currency (for e-commerce)

API Access

Generate API keys for custom integrations:
  1. Go to SettingsAPI
  2. Click Generate New Key
  3. Copy and store securely (shown only once)
  4. Use in your custom applications
Keep API keys secure. Never share publicly or commit to code repositories.

Billing & Usage

View and manage:
  • Current plan and features
  • Monthly usage (messages, conversations)
  • Payment method
  • Billing history and invoices
  • Upgrade or downgrade plan
