Adding Team Members

- Enter email address
- Select role (Admin, Agent, Viewer)
- Send invitation

- Notification schedule: Set quiet hours (e.g., 9pm-7am)
- Escalation alerts: Instant notification when live agent needed

Update company details used by Cosmo:- Business name and description
- Logo and branding colors
- Contact information
- Business hours
- Time zone and language
- Currency (for e-commerce)
API Access
Generate API keys for custom integrations:- Go to Settings → API
- Click Generate New Key
- Copy and store securely (shown only once)
- Use in your custom applications
Billing & Usage
View and manage:- Current plan and features
- Monthly usage (messages, conversations)
- Payment method
- Billing history and invoices
- Upgrade or downgrade plan
