How Customers Use It

Customers can:
  1. Ask about products: “Do you have blue sneakers in size 10?”
  2. Browse catalog: “Show me your best sellers”
  3. Get details: “Tell me about this product”
  4. Check availability: “Is this in stock?”
  5. Place orders: “I’ll take 2 of these”
Cosmo automatically sends product images, prices, and links when customers ask.

Product Sync

What Syncs from Shopify

  • Product name, description, price
  • Images and variants (size, color, etc.)
  • Inventory levels
  • Categories and collections
  • Product status (active/inactive)

Sync Frequency

  • Auto-sync: Every 15 minutes
  • Manual sync: Click “Sync Now” in Products page
  • Real-time updates: Inventory changes sync within 5 minutes

Troubleshooting

Products not syncing?
  • Verify Shopify connection in Settings
  • Check products are published (not drafts)
  • Wait 15 minutes for auto-sync
  • Try manual sync
Inventory not updating?
  • Check Shopify inventory tracking is enabled
  • Verify API permissions include inventory read/write
  • Wait 5-10 minutes for sync
